Angus Mackie has a reputable background in manufacturing, having managed and owned several building product companies. As a chartered accountant, Mackie offers extensive financial experience and knowledge. John Park-Davies is responsible for the day-to- day management of IKON Aluminium Systems. Having spent over 30 years in the fenestration and façade sectors, Park-Davies is a popular industry figure with enviable insight into the wider building products market.

With an investment and continuous improvement programme now in place, a new product is scheduled for launch later this year. The new management team will support Mackie in the implementation of the group’s strategy.

“Investment from the group, shareholders and the management team, together with vast funding capability gives us a robust platform for growth in what is an exciting and vibrant sector,” says Angus Mackie, group managing director. “As we address industry trends we will continue to build on the competitive advantage of our respected portfolio and deep systems knowledge, allowing us to provide our customers with more complete solutions.
